Who we are
Limberly is a healthy workday companion app built by Timotej Fartek OSVČ, a sole proprietorship registered in the Czech Republic. When you sign up for the Limberly waitlist, we become the controller of your personal data.

What we collect
To put you on the waitlist, we need your email address. That's the only piece of information we require. You can also give us your first name if you'd like us to address you personally in our emails, but you don't have to.
We record when you subscribed and that you agreed to this policy. That's our consent log.
On the technical side: your browser sends us an IP address when you submit the form. We don't store it.
We don't collect your location, your browsing behaviour, financial details, or anything else beyond what's listed above. We don't use marketing or tracking cookies on our website.
Why we process your data
Only because you asked us to. The legal basis is your explicit consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a), which you provide when you tick the consent checkbox on the signup form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing.
What we use it for
We use your email to let you know when Limberly launches or hits a significant milestone, to send product updates and progress notes, and to occasionally ask for your feedback (a short survey or a beta invite, that kind of thing). We also use it for service messages about your subscription itself.
We won't sell your email, share it with advertisers, or add it to any mailing list other than this one. Our emails don't contain third-party ads or sponsored content. We may occasionally mention our own related products or services.
Double opt-in
After you sign up, we send a confirmation email to the address you provided. Your subscription only activates once you click that link. This means we only contact people who genuinely want to hear from us, and we have a clean record of your consent.
Analytics
We may track open rates via a tracking pixel and see which links get clicked in aggregate. Individual behaviour isn't stored or shared with anyone. If you want to opt out of the pixel, disable image loading in your email client.
Where your data lives
On servers in Nuremberg, Germany, inside the EU. We deliberately chose EU infrastructure so your data stays under GDPR.
Third parties who touch your data
Two service providers process data on our behalf, both under data processing agreements:
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Nuremberg, Germany) for application and database hosting
- Postmark for email delivery
No one else.
Security
We use HTTPS, keep software up to date, and restrict access to subscriber data to the people who actually need it.
How long we keep your data
As long as you're subscribed. Once you unsubscribe, we delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymous statistics (open rates, aggregate click data) may be kept indefinitely since they can't be tied back to you. If the law requires us to keep certain records longer, we will.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us to show you what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we process it, or hand it to you in a portable format. You can also object to processing, or simply withdraw consent by unsubscribing.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@limberly.app. We'll respond within 30 days.
Unsubscribing
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and confirm on the page with no account or login needed. You can also email privacy@limberly.app directly and we'll remove you within 24 hours.
Children
Limberly is for people aged 16 and over. If you think we've collected data from someone younger, let us know and we'll delete it immediately.
Data breaches
If a breach puts your data at risk, we'll notify the Czech Data Protection Authority within 72 hours and contact affected subscribers as soon as possible.
Changes to this policy
We'll email you about significant changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.

If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority:
